How do you structure your fees?

Most engagements are billed on a fixed-fee or hourly basis, depending on the matter. Employment and IP filings are typically fixed-fee. Regulatory and litigation work may be billed hourly with a written estimate upfront. You will always know the cost before we begin.

Do you handle matters outside Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. While our office is in Kuala Lumpur, we advise clients and handle matters across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Many consultations and file reviews are conducted remotely via video call or phone for clients based outside the Klang Valley.

What does Shariah compliance advice cover?

Our Shariah compliance practice covers Islamic finance structuring, halal business certification, Shariah-compliant contract drafting, waqf and hibah matters, and regulatory alignment with guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia and JAKIM. We work alongside qualified Shariah scholars where necessary.
