Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By accessing and using Bukrike's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Bukrike Law Services provides employment, intellectual property, and regulatory legal services in Malaysia. All services are subject to written engagement agreements with clients.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, and materials provided by Bukrike are protected intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit written consent.

3. Confidentiality

Bukrike maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with attorney-client privilege and applicable Malaysian law. All communications are protected and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bukrike's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid by the client. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Legal outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Fees & Payment

Service fees are outlined in the engagement agreement. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the agreement. Bukrike reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date. Bukrike will provide all client materials upon settlement of outstanding fees.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in the engagement agreement.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for service delivery purposes.

9. Amendments

Bukrike reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
